广东累计确诊病例1332例，10例外籍患者全部治愈出院

2月20日下午，广东省政府新闻办疫情防控新闻发布会举行，省卫健委、省生态环境厅、省住建厅等负责同志，通报新冠肺炎疫情和防控工作情况，重点介绍广东餐饮行业复工指引；广东疫情防控期间环境保护工作和生态环境质量情况；住建系统参与疫情防控工作和房屋市政工程复工情况并回答记者提问。

省疫情防控指挥部办公室疫情防控组副组长、省人民医院党委书记耿庆山通报了最新的疫情情况。截至2月19日24时，全省累计报告新冠肺炎确诊病例1332例。19日当天全省就东莞市新增1例确诊病例。新增出院48例，累计出院619例。新增出院病例中，5例为重型病例治愈出院，其他为普通型或者轻型治愈出院。另有疑似病例1例。有2172名密切接触者正在接受医学观察。在院的708例确诊病例中，轻型62例，普通型579例，重型39例，危重型28例。累计死亡5例。

耿庆山介绍了疫情防控的最新进展情况时表示，广东已印发应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情分区分级防控工作指引。《指引》明确，全省以县（市、区）为单元划分防控区，并根据疫情现状及发展态势，按照近14天新增报告确诊病例数、近14天新增报告本地感染确诊病例数、近14天是否发生本地暴发疫情等标准，分为Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级。根据《指引》和2月18日的数据，目前我省Ⅰ级防控区0个、Ⅱ级14个、Ⅲ级38个、Ⅳ级76个。

耿庆山介绍，广东出台了广东省餐饮服务业新冠肺炎防控工作指引。《指引》要求，餐饮经营单位要设立健康管理员，每日对从业人员进行晨检和体温监测，杜绝从业人员带病上岗。对于用餐人员，进入餐饮经营单位前必须测量体温，每桌登记至少一名就餐客人的姓名和联系方式。在疫情防控解除前，餐饮服务企业禁止接待大规模聚餐活动，应通过采取减少桌椅摆放、隔桌安排就餐或快餐店一人一桌等措施，保持用餐距离。

耿庆山通报了在粤确诊并接受治疗的外籍人士情况。19日中午，在广州治疗的最后一名外籍人士治愈出院，标志着前期在粤确诊的10例外籍患者已全部治愈出院。广东省是迄今全国新冠肺炎确诊外籍病例最多的省份之一，累计报告10个病例。截止19日12时，无新增确诊或疑似外籍病例。

耿庆山最后通报了广东省援湖北医疗队情况。广东省日前紧急从省人民医院、省第二人民医院、南方医科大学南方医院、南方医科大学第五附属医院和广州、深圳、珠海、东莞抽调了101人，组建广东援助荆州应对新冠肺炎疫情第六批医疗队（援助湖北第21批），将于2月20日下午出发，驰援荆州，与前期医疗队一道开展医疗救治工作。截至目前，我省共向湖北派出医疗队员2248人。(更多新闻资讯，请关注羊城派 pai.ycwb.com)
